EFSCW opens its own Web site! The first lead story of our first "issue" has to be about our new Web site! Of course, if you're reading this, you already know the Epilepsy Foundation South Central Wisconsin now has its own Web site, and we have high hopes for its use in the future. We intend to make the site a source of outreach to our community and to people with epilepsy, to inform you of who we are, what we can do for you, and how you can contact us. We will also be including facts and current |

information about epilepsy, as well as providing links to
other community resources of potential help to you. You will also find on our site info about our current projects and how you can help us out with your support — both financial and otherwise! Even if you do not have any spare change or time, you can always help by just increasing your understanding about epilepsy and people who have it. |

You
can also help out by taking
a moment to read out the simple "first aid" procedures you should
follow should a member of your family, someone you know — or, for that matter, a complete stranger — happen to suffer an epileptic seizure when you're the only person around who can help. Also, feel free to let us know what you'd like to see on our site. We'll be looking forward to getting your input! |
