Beware:  The Muaths are coming!
(And they're performing strange genetic cross-breeding experiments!)

Exposed to radiation from a faulty microwave in the lunchroom of the science laboratories for which they work, 2 teenagers found themselves multiplied by 2 lab porcupines and mysteriously transformed into 4 Mutant Aikido Teenage Hedgehogs!  (The microwave was made in Japan!)  Being on their lunch hour at the time, the 4 now seem compelled to create new recipes, never suspecting that the leaky lunchroom microwave is the cause of their -- and their lunch's  mysterious mutations!

Day 1.
Today, the Mutant Aikido Teenage Hedgehogs are trying various combinations of edible gourds and dogs named Lassie; but all they get is a vague feeling of overriding sadness.  Can you figure out why?
653 Lassies x 24 cantaloupes, 127 watermellon x 9 Lassies, 209 muskmellon x 39 Lassies, 15 Lassies x 15 cantaloupes
